By utilizing Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx' products and services, you as the customer agree to comply with our policies. Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx agrees to supply services which are paid for, subject to your compliance to our TOS and AUP. Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
All account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance. You will be provided with login details to a control panel to track your traffic allowance usage. Should you exceed your traffic allowance, your service will be automatically suspended. You may purchase additional bandwidth at anytime by contacting sales.
To provide all customers with advance notice, all payment invoices are generated 10 days before payment is due, and notification sent to the e-mail address on file. Failure to pay by the due date will result in interruption of service, and eventually account termination. Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee. If you exceed three (3) days past your service invoice due date and fail to submit payment, the respective service will be terminated permanently.
If you need a payment extension, you must contact us and arrange for such. We do not want to disconnect any client for non-payment, as long as we are in communication with you, we will work with you. Ignoring all contact attempts, being dishonest, or missing mutually agreed upon deadlines will result in service interruption/termination.
Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx provides new accounts with a three (3) day money-back guarantee on shared and VPS services. Please note that our money-back guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers, nor does it apply to software and control panel licenses since these are procured through third-parties; software and control panel licenses are non-refundable.
Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx is in no way responsible for data loss, time lost, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existent backups. While our servers run enterprise hardware and we take every measure of redundancy possible, it is the clients responsibility to ensure offsite backups.
By activating your account with Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.
NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx guarantees 99.9% service uptime on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime.
By utilizing Hostlogicx- Division of Weblogicx’ services, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”, or “policy”). This policy should be utilized as a basic guideline and is not considered exhaustive; we may periodically revise our AUP.
In general, any activity considered illegal in the United States is prohibited.

SPAM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. By utilizing our services you agree to comply with all relevant US laws pertaining to bulk and commercial e-mail solicitation, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Furthermore, if our IP space becomes listed on blackhole lists (“blacklists”) during your time of possession, your services may be suspended and possibly terminated upon our review. At our discretion, you may be required to pay a “SPAM clean-up fee” of $5 per complaint.
Activities that adversely affect or disrupt our services, other users of our services, and our affiliates, are prohibited. We will be the sole and final arbiter as to what we deem prohibited; we may disallow our services to be utilized in a specific manner if we deem it necessary. The following is a non-exhaustive list and general guideline of prohibited uses:
